After returning to Kettering, Alex got on with chasing down the Iridium problems, Cheryl went back to work and Jane went for an overnight tramp!
Fortunately, it looks like the Iridium problem is solved (or at least Alex is able to get it going again if it stops) and MetBob is saying that Saturday is okay for departure. So, yet again, Jackie has topped up the provisions, Alex has topped up the fuel and everyone is gearing up to leave.
The plan (as of this afternoon) is to check out with Border Force tomorrow, Friday afternoon, and make their way to a nearby overnight stop. This allows an early Saturday departure without the last minute dramas of leaving!
