OFF WATCH

So what do we do when we're off-watch? Well, it's hard to say, but one thing is certain, it is not boring. It's been a very good passage so far....

We sleep, eat, look at the waves, chat, read, look at the waves, trim the sails, calculate fuel usage, look at the waves, have a cuppa, discuss politics, look at the waves, discuss which bird was that, do radio sched, look at the waves, listen to music on headphones, damn all politicians, look at the waves, plot our position on the chart, prepare dinner, look at the waves, turn the engine on, turn the engine off, look at the waves, look at the waves................

And then there is the activity when we're on watch. We look at the waves and... (read the above, but delete sleep).
